Sirena Bay is a private estate for groups up to 20 persons. You will always rent the entire estate exclusively - no shared spaces, no other guests.
The accommodations which are included depend on the size of your group:
1–10 guests → Main Estate
11–14 guests → Main Estate + 1 apartment
15–20 guests → Main Estate + 2 apartments
Unused bedrooms will remain closed.
The Private Room Package (for guests who prefer not to share bedrooms) is available as an optional extra.
